Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

The short version. Our games don't collect, store or transmit any personal information about you. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics. Your high score is saved on your own device and never leaves it. The only third party involved is Google, which serves the ads — what it collects is covered below and governed by Google's own policy.

This policy covers the apps published by SeraphLight Studios, including Tap Dodge Rush (com.seraphlight.tapdodgerush) on Google Play.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no user accounts, no login, no registration and no analytics SDK. We do not ask for, receive or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any device identifier.

What the app stores on your device

This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere, and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

Permissions the app requests

That's the complete list. The app requests no access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage or accounts.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Tap Dodge Rush displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve them, Google may collect and process data — including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and general usage of the ad — in line with its own policies. We never receive that data. We see only aggregate, anonymous counts of ads shown.

Google's handling of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. On Android you can limit or reset ad personalisation at any time under Settings → Google → Ads.

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks you on first launch whether Google may use your data to personalise the ads it shows. Until you answer, no ads are requested at all. The prompt comes from a Google-certified consent management platform, and your answer is recorded in the industry-standard format the ad industry uses.

You can change or withdraw that answer at any time: tap Privacy options on the game over screen. Refusing costs you nothing in the game — every feature stays available, and you simply see non-personalised ads instead.

Legal basis

For users in those regions, the legal basis for personalised advertising, and for storing or reading information on your device for that purpose, is your consent, gathered as described above and withdrawable at any time. Where you have not consented, ads are non-personalised. We rely on no other basis, because we hold no data of your own to process.

Children

Tap Dodge Rush is rated Everyone. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, of any age — there is nothing for a child to disclose to us. Ads are served subject to Google's policies for family-appropriate content.

Data sharing and sale

We hold no personal data, so there is none to share, sell or transfer. We do not sell data to anyone, and we have no arrangement under which anyone could buy it.

Your rights

Rights of access, correction and deletion (under the GDPR, CCPA and similar laws) apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none. For the advertising data Google processes, exercise those rights through your Google account. To delete everything the app stores, uninstall it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the previous versions remain in this site's public git history.
